Switch seeks a driven sales professional that will use their knowledge of mobile marketing and field sampling to generate new business for the Field Marketing product line at Switch. This individual will identify prime prospects, cultivate contacts, and close key opportunities


The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mobile marketing and field sampling, as well as connections and relationships that can be leveraged in acquiring new accounts for the company. This individual is a strong relationship builder who can confidently give presentations and lead new business initiatives.



  • 3-5 years’ experience selling marketing promotions, field sampling programs, and/or mobile marketing tours
  • Graduate degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business/sales
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Experience developing and cultivating client relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Strong self-directed leader

This individual will:

  • Consistently sell million-dollar and multi-million dollar Field Marketing programs.
  • Interface, communicate and coordinate internally with Field Marketing, Creative Development, Design and/or Switch Resources to successfully download and work with teams on proposals and new business opportunities.
  • Present strategy, concepts, creative and/or project budgets to clients as required, based on role played in pitch team.
  • Build strong client relationships that offer value and strategic insights.
  • Prospect for new clients and/or opportunities within existing clients.
  • Present agency capabilities presentation(s)
  • Meet net revenue and net income targets.
  • Manage spec dollars assigned to specific sales opportunities.
  • Grow base accounts in terms of dollars, company profit and additional business gains
  • Participate and contribute positively in team and company activities.
