Qualifications

The individual we’re looking for must have:

  • Outstanding creative and conceptual skills
  • Demonstrated ability to conceive, visualize, articulate and realize creative solutions
  • Demonstrated the ability to inspire co-workers and clients
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, including face-to-face, skype, conference call, email and every other kind of interaction
  • The ability to work with multiple clients across several different product and brand categories
  • Strong creative ideas, but more importantly the ability to give others the confidence to express their ideas, too
  • Well-versed in non-traditional marketing techniques and industry trends

Comprehensive understanding of design principles and vigorous dedication to high aesthetic value

 

 

Experience

  • 7 – 10 years in a creative capacity for a Field Marketing agency or related marketing field.

 

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Creative Director who can:

  • Interpret, comprehend and activate against a client’s business challenges and field marketing objectives
  • Concept, create and bring to life multiple levels of activations for a wide variety of consumer and industrial goods and audiences
  • Continually search, seek out and ideate new activation techniques and technologies
  • Be sufficiently level-headed to know when an idea isn’t reasonable given a client’s requirements and resources
  • Get clients, co-workers and audiences excited about our solutions
  • Lead, inspire, motivate and develop a creative team of art directors and copywriters
  • Work productively and harmoniously with all team members including art directors, producers/project managers, account executives and others.
  • Develop presentation strategies for new business pitches, ensure outstanding quality of proposal materials, and effectively pitch agency work to new and existing clients.
  • Oversee development and final production of multiple project elements, including graphic design of artwork, design of custom elements, and mobile design & build.
