    Switch seeks a talented Art Director who is a captivating visual storyteller, an expert communicator and passionate problem solver to join our creative team.


    The Art Director is responsible for all aspects of our clients’ visual marketing and communications, including, but not limited to, marketing collateral, print advertising, POS, event signage, logo development, typography, packaging, emails, landing pages, pitch decks and more. The Art Director believes a great idea is just the beginning. Because they have the design chops to transform that great idea into a visual masterpiece that has the ability to change perceptions, feelings and behaviors.


    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the various marketing channels in which we work, including branding, design, shopper marketing, sales collateral and advertising, and experiential.


    Someone with experience on healthcare, pharma or device accounts is a plus.









    • 3+ years of related experience
    • A collaborative nature as evidenced in experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience in both traditional and digital media
    • A strong understanding of marketing with social media
    • Polished presentation skills demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the client challenge
    • Think creatively and strategically and provide marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing tactics and visual design
    • A strong attention to detail
    • Print production process and knowledge of production techniques and how it affects their visual communications solutions



    This individual should:

    • Have a passion for marketing, staying informed of industry best practices.
    • Love to learn – nothing will stop this person’s inquisitive nature.
    • Have strong conceptual abilities, remarkable graphic design skills and a solid knowledge of the experiential and marketing landscape.
    • Lead by example, collaborate with others, and continue their own development within the agency.
    • Possess a solid understanding of the market dynamics and challenges of Switch’s clients.
    • Measure twice, cut once.
    • Develop and help assemble presentations, along with performing miscellaneous tasks, as directed by the Creative Director.
    • Adhere to client budget and time constraints.
    • Have the talent to inspire clients, team members, and ultimately the target consumer with great visual design.
    • Design media in a wide variety of styles that correspond to the clients’ needs.
