The Account Development Manager is a focused professional who opens doors and paves the path to a successful agency-client relationship. Someone who is able to confidently assert themselves in a well-established team, who is flexible and responsive, and has an appreciation for the creative and strategic work the designers and strategists do. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the various marketing channels in which we work, including digital, branding, design, shopper marketing, marketing communications and advertising.
We are looking for an individual who believes in innovation, collaboration, and good old-fashioned hard work, not to mention having a lot of fun along the way. The successful candidate assists with in/outbound marketing, presents brand and digital marketing recommendations to clients, and will be involved with both the development of new clients as well as organic growth with existing clients.
