    Good with words, better with ideas, and great in front of an audience?

     

    Switch is looking for a talented copywriter to join our Creative Development team. Working closely with our creative and account teams across all of our clients, this individual will serve as a linchpin in the entire creative process, from ideation to presentation through implementation.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the various marketing channels in which we work, including branding, design, shopper marketing, sales collateral and advertising, and experiential.

    Qualifications

     

    • 3+ years of related experience
    • Experience writing creative copy for healthcare brands/products, along with Pharma marketing experience and familiarity with FDA/OPDP guidelines is a plus. 
    • A collaborative nature as evidenced in experience
    • Experience in both traditional and digital media
    • A strong understanding of marketing with social media
    • Polished presentation skills demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the client challenge
    • Think creatively and strategically and provide marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing tactics and visual design
    • A strong attention to detail
    • Print production process and knowledge of production techniques and how it affects their visual communications solutions

    • Have a strong writing proficiency in a variety of capacities with a devotion to grammatical and material accuracy.
    • Have strong conceptual abilities and a solid knowledge of the experiential and marketing landscape.
    • Lead by example, collaborate with others, and continue their own development within the agency.
    • Possess a solid understanding of the market dynamics and challenges of Switch’s clients.
    • Measure twice, cut once.
    • Develop and help assemble presentations, along with performing miscellaneous tasks, as directed by the Creative Director.
    • Adhere to client budget and time constraints.
    • Have the talent to inspire clients, team members, and ultimately the target consumer with great visual design.
